Cannot download 'https://start.spring.io': connect timed out 终极解决办法
我们在创建spring boot工程的时候，往往需要拉取服务器，但是往往会报：Error message: Cannot download 'https://start.spring.io': connect timed out的错误，这个时候可以通过改变默认网址的方式来解决该问题。将Custom的地址改为：https://start.aliyun.com即可。
